You can come into the shop at 160 S. Oak St. Sisters, Oregon during business hours (Wed.-Sat. and Mon. 10am-5pm; Sun. noon-5pm); call us at (541)549-WOOL(9665) during business hours or leave a message; or e-mail us using the link on the upper right or pmoss@ykwc.net.

I want to sign up for a class, How do I do this?

I missed a class I wanted to take, can you help with this?

We want to teach you; we will do whatever we can to make it so the class fits your needs. We can arrange for classes at different times, or can introduce you to a local teacher.

I would rather take private lessons, is it possible for you do arrange a private lesson?

Most of the time this is possible; some teachers even prefer it, contact us and we will do what we can.

I want to include a class as part of a group activity or party, what can you do?

We are willing to teach larger groups for most of our classes and will often be able to bring supplies to another location; there may also be a reduced cost-per-person for groups.

You don't offer a class that I would like to take, can you arrange it for me?

If there is a local teacher or fiber artist willing to teach, we will do what we can to either introduce you to them or schedule a class.

Help! My project is not cooperating and I could use a tip or have a question, can you help me?

For most projects, yes. We do not know everything, but for many projects we would love to help you with whatever we can, be it a confusing pattern or something that "just shouldn't be this hard!". Also, feel free to bring in your projects whenever, though Thursdays are dedicated to working with projects and we offer snacks then.
